DASH Sports Summer Lacrosse camps provides participants a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp. Helmets, gloves, and mouthguards are not required, but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Participants should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, and snack.

DASH Sports Jr. NBA basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided. Each participant may choose to purchase a customized Jr. NBA jersey that will include their favorite NBA or WNBA Team, personalized last name, and number on the jersey! Must be registered 10-days prior to class start date to be able to sign up for a jersey!

Tae Kwon Do is the Korean Martial Art of Kick and Punch. Students of all levels will learn traditional forms, self-defense, sparring, discipline and respect. Great for the whole family! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for kicking, and bring a water bottle! Sessions for both Beginner and Advanced (Green Belt & above) - Rank in other schools/martial arts should join the beginner class for assessment.

Our Summer Fishing Camps get kids out on the water for real hands-on fun, with boat-based adventures on Lake Minnetonka. Morning or afternoon Camp days include more than just fishing – we'll explore local gems like Big Island and Boy Scout Island for hikes and lake fun. All trips launch from the Port of Excelsior, and we provide everything your child needs for a safe, exciting day on the water. Spots fill fast, so grab your dates and let us handle the rest!

Ages 5-7 This tennis camp will be a fun environment to learn the game of tennis, improve skills, play games and matches, meet new friends and develop an interest in the wonderful lifelong sport of tennis. This camp will focus on skill development for beginners, games to improve skills and create a basic understanding of the game of tennis. Ages 4-5 CHOOSE BETWEEN 6 OR 8 DAYS OF FUN-FILLED TENNIS AND A FREE T-SHIRT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS! The main emphasis of this class is to build basic tennis skills and have fun! With the use of age appropriate equipment and up-beat, well trained instructors we will start to build your child's basic athletic skills. We also will help develop the child's fine motor skills, like hand-eye coordination, balance and agility. This class will build a solid foundation for the Little Tikes Blue class and a love for this life-long sport! Please bring your appropriate sized tennis racquet and a water bottle.
