With menopause comes health considerations for heart, lung, eye, brain, thyroid, bladder, muscle and bone health. This course will discuss the impacts of the decline in hormones and steps women can take to optimize their health in the face of menopause and aging. Each day introduces techniques in color vibrancy, movement, and underwater atmosphere. Supervision between morning/afternoon camps over the lunch hour is not provided.
