Dive into the captivating world of creativity and technology at our Intro to Digital Art summer camp! This immersive three-day program combines hands-on learning with engaging digital tools, offering a dynamic journey into digital art. Students will explore the fundamentals of digital drawing and apply what they learn to an exciting real-world application. Through a partnership with No Grit No Pearl, students will be able to get their favorite design printed on a canvas or t-shirt which will get shipped to their house after the camp! Intro to Digital Art is the perfect blend of fun, skill development, and boundless imagination, providing young artists with the tools and confidence to bring their visions to life. Supervision between morning/afternoon camps over the lunch hour is not provided. A few things to remember when arriving for camp at the Family Learning Center:• Please enter at the Main Entrance (Door #1) and someone will be there to check your child into camp. If you arrive early and doors are locked (as the FLC is a secure building) please wait with your child in the entry way until camp time.• At the end of class, the students will meet parents at the Main Entrance for pick up.• Most times instructors must go directly to another location after class and are unable to stay late. DASH Sports Summer Lacrosse camps provides participants a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp. Helmets, gloves, and mouthguards are not required, but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Participants should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, and snack.

DASH Sports Jr. NBA basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided. Each participant may choose to purchase a customized Jr. NBA jersey that will include their favorite NBA or WNBA Team, personalized last name, and number on the jersey! Must be registered 10-days prior to class start date to be able to sign up for a jersey!

Tae Kwon Do is the Korean Martial Art of Kick and Punch. Students of all levels will learn traditional forms, self-defense, sparring, discipline and respect. Great for the whole family! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for kicking, and bring a water bottle! Sessions for both Beginner and Advanced (Green Belt & above) - Rank in other schools/martial arts should join the beginner class for assessment.

Get out on a beautiful Minnesota lake and learn the basics of flat water kayaking with skilled instructors. Time will be spent on land exploring safety, how to fit a kayak, and proper paddling form before heading onto the water to focus on specific paddle strokes. All equipment including life-jackets will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own life-jacket if it is labeled "USCG Approved". This program is offered in partnership with Carver County Parks.

Our Summer Fishing Camps get kids out on the water for real hands-on fun, with boat-based adventures on Lake Minnetonka. Morning or afternoon Camp days include more than just fishing – we'll explore local gems like Big Island and Boy Scout Island for hikes and lake fun. All trips launch from the Port of Excelsior, and we provide everything your child needs for a safe, exciting day on the water. Spots fill fast, so grab your dates and let us handle the rest!

The world of Latin music is amazing. Come be part of our band that plays traditional Mariachi, sambas, and current hits by the likes of Karol G, Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma. Sing, play instruments like guitar, brass, piano and percussion; and be part of a final performance.

Ages 5-7 This tennis camp will be a fun environment to learn the game of tennis, improve skills, play games and matches, meet new friends and develop an interest in the wonderful lifelong sport of tennis. This camp will focus on skill development for beginners, games to improve skills and create a basic understanding of the game of tennis.
