No Coding Required: Build Personalized Learning & Organization Tools with Canva Code

Imagine creating custom interactive tools designed specifically for your child, classroom, family, or business without writing a single line of code.
In this beginner friendly, hands on workshop, you'll discover how ChatGPT and Canva Code can work together to help you design personalized interactive tools that save time, increase engagement, and support your unique goals. You'll learn a practical workflow for brainstorming ideas, refining AI prompts, and building interactive experiences with confidence. This approach reduces trial and error, helps you make the most of Canva's AI features, and gives you a repeatable process you can continue using long after the class ends.
Throughout the workshop, we'll use my children's personalized interactive learning tracker as a live case study. You'll see the complete design process, from planning and prompt writing to building an engaging interactive tool that enhances your current curriculum rather than replacing it.

Together, we'll explore how to create:

   ●Interactive learning activities

   ●Reading and math fluency trackers

   ●Progress dashboards

   ●Student and family planners

   ●Goal and habit trackers

   ●Digital journals and portfolio

   ●Personalized organizational tools

Participants will leave with:

   ●A completed interactive project

●A printable AI prompting guide with copy and paste starter prompts

●The BUILD Method, a simple framework created by Michelle Smithson for planning, prompting, and building personalized interactive tools

●Practical strategies for using ChatGPT and Canva Code together to streamline your workflow

●The confidence to continue creating personalized interactive tools for learning, organization, and everyday life

No coding experience is required. Basic Canva experience is helpful but not necessary.

Participants should bring a laptop with access to a free or Canva Pro account, along with a ChatGPT account (free or paid) to fully participate in the hands on activities.

Whether you're supporting a learner, organizing your family, or bringing a creative idea to life, you'll leave with the confidence to transform your ideas into interactive tools that are practical, engaging, and uniquely your own.
