Calm your mind and reduce stress at 4 sessions of gentle, inclusive Chair Yoga! Taught by Certified Yoga Instructor, Jessica Emerson, each session will begin with breathwork and meditation and then move through a series of adapted, controlled yoga poses using a chair for seated support and standing balance. Every session ends with a seated "Savasana" (final relaxation) to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed! Wear comfortable, easy-to-move in clothing. She holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Social Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Yoga. Jessica is certified in multiple styles, including Yin Yoga, Hatha Style Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, and is also a certified Reiki Master/Practitioner. Beyond teaching, she is a wife and mother of two adult children and pet parent to a couple high energy dogs. She connects with nature through various activities such as hiking, biking, gardening, skiing, and enjoying a good book outdoors.
