DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with training and practice in several track and field events including: sprinting, throwing, relay running and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drill, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic shoes. Tykes camps provide players with an introductory track experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Parent participation is required for the 2-3 yrs old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.
