Kids will explore a fun, no-sew fabric art technique inspired by Japanese Kinusaiga! Using soft fabric pieces, they’ll tuck and press colors into a pre-made design board to create a vibrant, textured picture. This hands-on class is easy to follow and perfect for young creators who love color, patterns, and crafting. Each student will leave with a finished artwork ready to display. Best for 3rd- 5th grade for use of blunt edge of seam ripper.

In this beginner-friendly class, kids will learn the basics of 2D needle felting while making a design on a hoop. Using soft wool and special felting needles, they’ll create a textured picture by layering colors and shapes. Safety and proper technique will be taught, and all work will be closely supervised. Each student will leave with a finished piece ready to hang.
