Wednesdays April 29th - Spring Chickens: Birds, Brushes & Belonging: A playful spring-themed class celebrating birds, horses, and creativity. A joyful way to welcome spring and connect with the sanctuary’s feathered and four-legged friends. May 13th – Walk With Me: Horse Mirroring & Mosaic Making: Participants will learn to mirror a horse’s movements, walk together in soft, steady rhythm, and create a simple found-object mosaic to take home or give away. May 27th – Joyful Noise: Our final spring class celebrates the creativity and fresh energy of early summer. Participants will spend time on AHHS’s new bridge, painting their own flower pot and planting a spring bloom while listening to the soothing sounds of water, birds, and a gentle sound bath. Beginner/Intermediate Adult Tennis DrillSports & FitnessThis drill is for both the beginner and intermediate tennis player. You must be able to sustain a rally with slow to medium paced balls. If we have different ability levels, the beginners will be placed with the beginners and the intermediate players will also be paired up together. The drill will consist of both live ball and instructor fed drills focusing on different shots and different areas of the court. Be prepared for lots of movement and high-energy drills. This class is a weekly signup and only those registered at the correct level will be able to participate in the drill. Confirmation must be received from Jim Mason and/or Community Education by the Friday before the drill in order to participate in the drill.
