Flag Football TykesFootballDash Sports Flag Football Tykes provides players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily. Please plan to help your footballer with drills! Players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of 'Respect, Hustle, and Pride'. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Then this camp is her place to train and make new archery friends! Through fun games and experiential learning, participants will learn range safety and proper techniques for stance, aim, and release to improve their shot. Campers will get the opportunity to shoot both compound and recurve bows at various target styles. All equipment is provided. Girls Lacrosse Skills CampLacrossePlayers of all skills levels are welcome in grades K-6th. Learn beginner level to intermediate lacrosse skills and fundamentals. Athletes will learn how to properly catch, pass and cradle. Coaches will teach lacrosse concepts through fun and competitive game-like drills; including ground-ball pick ups, shooting, agility footwork, fun dodges to move around defenders and how to effectively play defense. Please bring a lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth-guard, water bottle and wear athletic shoes or cleats. Extra lacrosse sticks & goggles will be available to use during the camps.Summer 2026 -

GoSolar! Kidz: Growing & Cooking with the SunPrek-Elementary S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)The sun is your best friend if you know how to use it! This class teaches how to cook with just the sun. Solar cooking bypasses traditional cooking means. No electricity, gas, charcoal, or wood needed for solar cooking. Students will learn how to cook meals, dry food for preservation, and purify water all with the sun. In the end, students will build their own mini sun oven and take home an edible micro green plant. Golf SquadGolfGolf Squad is an enrichment program that brings Golf Professionals from your local area to your school campus to give lessons to the students. Golf Squad Professionals focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game of golf as well as valuable life lessons that help the students develop. Some fundamentals of the game that the students will learn include putting, chipping, full swing irons, full swing woods. They will also learn relationship building, proper etiquette, and rules of the game. The students will receive a book and a hat. *All equipment will be provided by the instructor, but students may bring golf clubs if they'd like. Hawk High School Football Camp Grades 9-12FootballThe Hawks Summer Football Camp is set up to develop the skills needed to grow and become a more successful person and football player. The summer football camp is open to all incoming Freshmen through Seniors! We will have "O" & "D" practices throughout the summer that will focus on teaching fundamentals as well as implementing our offensive & defensive schemes and special teams play. Skill development sessions are designed to develop and reinforce individual skills needed for specific positions. The Strength & Performance program provides athletes the means to train sensibly and systematically over designated periods of time, in a safe and professional environment in order to prevent injury and improve athletic performance. Equipment & lockers will be issued for the camp and summer practices. Please indicate t-shirt size when you register.
