This drill is for the intermediate player who can sustain a rally with medium paced shots. The NTRP rating for this drill is 3.0 to 3.5. The drill will consist of both live ball and instructor-fed drills focusing on different shots and different areas of the court. Be prepared for lots of movement and high-energy drills. This is a weekly signup and only those registered at the correct level will be able to participate in the drill. Confirmation must be received from Jim Mason and /or Community Education by the Friday before the drill in order to participate in the drill.
