School of Rock

An introduction on how to become a pop star. Students learn the basics of playing guitar, piano, bass guitar, drum set, and singing.  Students will form a band where they will choose what songs they would like to learn.  No experience on any of these instruments required.  This is not a performance-based class since all students are new to these instruments. The hope is that students will take to one or more of the instruments and pursue opportunities to continue learning after this introduction class.
